Multiplier Effect
PLCG experience does not end at Georgetown, as the program prepares young people to be catalysts for change at local and regional level when they return to their countries, forming even more leaders and exercise their responsibilities with a global vision and excellence. Some of the projects that have been initiated by former students of the program are:
FUNBOLIDER
The main objective of the “Fundación Boliviana para la Competitividad Global”, FUNBOLIDER, is to train emerging leaders in Bolivia based on the principle of equality of opportunity, creating a multiplier effect to the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program at the University of Georgetown. To date we have trained over 500 young professionals a year leaders in cities that have operations FUNBOLIDER (La Paz, Cochabamba, Santa Cruz and Tarija).

In 2007, CREA was awarded the Bicentennial Seal 2007, received at the hands of President Bachelet, as “a notable contribution to the construction of a socially equitable country”. Beginning in 2008 had grown to include over 300 volunteers helping more than 1,000 students.
