Georgetown University’s Innovation and Leadership in Government Program (ILG) seeks to equip public managers with analytical frameworks and tools to generate and implement innovative public policies, while providing leadership development opportunities so they may effectively promote new ideas and programs in their respective government entities. The ILG Program brings together public policy actors from Latin American countries with at least 5 years of experience. Candidates participate in a 3-week program at Georgetown University where they exchange ideas, best practices, and challenges facing the public sector throughout Latin America.
